  • Overview

    The Business Development Associate will support the Business Development team in their efforts to achieve territory and corporate goals. The ideal candidate will be adept at client-specific research and will provide active support in generating business leads. The Business Development Associate will have direct interaction with clients and support various initiatives for our fast-paced Business Development team.


    • Perform outreach (phone, mail, email) to potential leads to generate interest in Rho's services with provided texts and scripts
    • Participate in lead generation activities (e.g., research perspective company pipelines and press releases)
    • Schedule telephone, face-to-face, and Web Meeting appointments for Rho's Business Development representatives
    • Maintain and track activities in Sales Force
    • Support day-to-day sales and marketing activities
    • Work with sales representatives to execute territory plans
    • Implementation of marketing initiatives including actively seeking new ways to further Rho's brand


    • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 0-2 years of relevant experience
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Independent, self-motivated, and success driven
    • Ability to multi-task and manage competing demands
    • Ability to work in a matrix environment
    • Innovative and a strong team player
    • Ability to travel as needed
    • Comfortable presenting both internally and externally
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Ability to analyze and problem-solve when needed
