  • Overview

    The Learning and Performance Associate position provides instructional design and support for Rho's Training and Development efforts. Duties include developing eLearning modules, maintaining training website content, providing support for the development and delivery of training materials, and other administrative support duties for the Training group.


    Specific duties may include (but are not limited to):

    • Supporting the design of internal elearning/digital learning modules
    • Supporting the delivery of instructor led trainings including logistical support, material support, and coordinating with outside presenters
    • Coordinating, producing, and editing audio and video content for eLearning/digital learning
    • Coordinating the development of materials, including interacting with Subject Matter Experts, fact checking, editing and formatting materials
    • Scheduling annual company trainings organizing and communicating Rho's quarterly Training Day
    • Maintaining and updating internal training catalog content
    • Recording evaluation data for training programs


    • BA/BS in HR, Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Visual Arts, Psychology or related field
    • 1-2 years of instructional design and elearning/digital learning development experience
    • Must be detail/task oriented
    • Ability to work in a matrix environment and work collaboratively at all levels
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Experience with eLearning or digital learning
    • Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities is essential
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Independent, self-motivated, and success driven
    • Ability to multi-task and manage competing demands
    • Desire to gain skills to present trainings both internally and externally
    • Proficiency in MS Office
