  • Overview

    The Resourcing Analyst will assist Rho's resourcing leaders with planning, database management, and weekly reporting to key stakeholders as it relates to the staffing of clinical trials at Rho. The Resourcing Analyst will collaborate on staffing assessments of potential awards, new awards, as well as ongoing business needs.



    Under the leadership and direction of Rho's resourcing leader, this position will be responsible for the following:

    • Work with commercial project leadership to ensure cross-functional project allocation data captured in the resourcing database is kept up to date
      • Communicate directly with project leaders to understand upcoming resourcing needs
      • Integrate utilization data, project budgets, and task activities to validate needs by position and project
      • Update project allocations after validating requests
      • Actively drives closure of open or pending items and project team members
    • Communicate recent upcoming changes in resourcing as needed to key personnel
    • Identify and communicate project resourcing risks to appropriate internal stakeholders
    • Ensure proposal details have been appropriately imported into the resourcing database
    • Review and analyze resourcing reports to assist with assessing trends for availability and forecasting for hiring
      • Create reports to provide updates to resourcing leaders
      • Recognize needs or opportunities for additional reporting and analysis methods to enhance resourcing process
    • Attend resourcing and operational meetings
    • Manage a shared resourcing mailbox
    • Develop project and program staffing plans utilizing study requirements
    • Assist project teams with assessing FTE projections (i.e. backlogged projects, ramp up at SSU and ramp down at COV)
    • Other duties as assigned


    • BA/BS, preferably in a life science, nursing, pharmacy or related field
    • Previous experience working with data or on research studies is desired
    • This position requires strong problem solving, data manipulation, interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain, process, and analyze information required for Rho's resourcing leaders to make resourcing decisions
    • Must have strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and proof own work
    • Effective oral and written communication skills are required
    • Proficiency and Microsoft Office programs
