  • Overview

    This position designs, develops, and delivers curriculum for Rho's Learning & Performance efforts. Duties include creating and developing face-to-face, online, and blended training modules, maintaining internal website content, developing and delivering learning experiences and trainings as appropriate, and facilitating internal improvement systems.

     

    As a member of the Learning & Performance team, you will work with a team of learning experts who engage with cross-functional internal teams and subject matter experts. Working in close collaboration, Learning & Performance supports internal teams both in consultation for improvement of existing processes and in leading capacity-building experiences.

    Responsibilities

    • Developing professional learning curricula
    • Deliver professional learning using a variety of methods. Supporting the design of internal eLearning or digital learning modules
    • Authoring and coordinating the development of materials, including consulting with Subject Matter Experts, editing, and formatting materials
    • Scheduling, organizing, and communicating pertinent information for upcoming trainings
    • Coordinating, producing, and editing audio and video content
    • Maintaining and updating internal training catalog content
    • Creating evaluation criteria for internal learning and training programs and recording data
    • Providing input on instructional design to Subject Matter Experts who present face-to-face professional learning

    Qualifications

    • BA/BS in HR, Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Visual Arts, Psychology, or related field
    • 3+ years (10+ at senior level) of instructional design and eLearning/digital learning development experience
    • Collaborative Team Player
    • Presentation skills and experience
    • Desire to learn and grow professionally
    • Knowledge of adult learning theory and/or experience in leading adult learning
    • Experience with eLearning or digital learning tools and software
